    This Refund Policy governs all purchases made through Truth Supplement (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

    By placing an order, you agree to this Refund Policy in full.

  2. ALL SALES FINAL – EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED

    Due to the nature of our products (dietary supplements), all sales are final and we do not accept general returns or issue refunds, except as expressly provided under our 90-Day Money Back Guarantee or for damaged/incorrect items.

  3. 90-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

    We offer a 90-day money back guarantee on eligible products purchased directly from our website.

    This guarantee is intended to allow first-time customers to try the product with reduced risk.

    3.1 Eligibility

    To qualify for the 90-day guarantee:

    • you must be a first-time purchaser of the product
    • you must contact us within 90 days of receiving your order
    • you must provide proof of purchase

    This guarantee applies only to your first order of a product and is limited to one refund per customer, per product.

    3.2 Product Use Requirement

    The guarantee applies only where the product has been reasonably used as intended.

    We reserve the right to request:

    • confirmation of use
    • photos of the product
    • additional information to verify your claim

    Refund requests where products appear unused, excessively used, or inconsistent with normal use may be denied.

    3.3 Scope of Refund

    The guarantee applies to a single unit of the product only.

    If multiple quantities of the same product were purchased:

    • the refund will be limited to one unit
    • additional units are not eligible for refund

    Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    3.4 Exclusions

    The 90-day guarantee does not apply to:

    • repeat purchases of the same product
    • bulk or multi-unit orders beyond the first unit
    • promotional or discounted items where explicitly stated
    • any order where abuse, misuse, or fraudulent activity is suspected

    3.5 Abuse and Misuse

    This guarantee is provided in good faith.

    We reserve the right to deny any request where, in our sole discretion, we determine that:

    • the guarantee is being abused
    • excessive refunds have been requested
    • the request is inconsistent with normal consumer use

    All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

    Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

    3.7 Final Determination

    All decisions regarding eligibility for the 90-day guarantee are made at our sole discretion and are final, subject to applicable law.

  4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

    You must inspect your order upon delivery.

    If your item is:

    • damaged
    • defective
    • incorrect

    you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@truthsupplement.com.

    We may request:

    • photos of the product
    • packaging evidence

    If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

  5. RETURNS

    We do not accept returns of opened or used products due to health and safety reasons.

    For unopened products:

    • returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis
    • prior authorization is required
    • items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

    Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

  6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

    The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

    • opened or used supplements
    • perishable goods
    • personal care products
    • gift cards
    • sale or promotional items
  7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

    Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

    Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

  8. SHIPPING ISSUES

    We are not responsible for:

    • delays caused by carriers
    • incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
    • packages marked as delivered by the carrier

    If your package is marked as delivered but not received, you must contact the shipping carrier directly.

  9. REFUND PROCESS

    If your refund request is approved:

    • refunds will be issued to the original payment method
    • processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

    We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processors.

  10. VIP MEMBERSHIP FEES

    VIP Membership fees are non-refundable once charged, except where required by applicable law.

    By enrolling in the VIP Membership, you acknowledge that:

    • the membership is a digital service
    • access to membership benefits is provided immediately upon enrollment
    • access is available via https://vip.truthsupplement.com using the email address provided at checkout

    Delivery of access to the membership portal constitutes full performance of the service for that billing period.

    You further acknowledge that:

    • failure to access the membership due to incorrect email entry, user error, or technical issues does not entitle you to a refund
    • failure to use membership benefits does not entitle you to a refund

    Cancellation of membership:

    • prevents future billing only
    • does not entitle you to a refund for any previous billing period

    We do not provide refunds for membership charges where cancellation was not completed prior to the renewal date.

    We reserve the right to deny refund requests where we determine, in our sole discretion, that the request is inconsistent with these Terms or constitutes abuse of the policy.

  11. ABUSE AND FRAUD

    We reserve the right to deny any refund request where we determine, in our sole discretion, that:

    • the request is fraudulent
    • the policy is being abused
    • excessive refunds or disputes have been made

    We may also restrict future purchases or accounts in such cases.
